For three days before your appointment, avoid lash serums, oils on your lashes, lash tinting, and waterproof mascara. Regular mascara and other eye makeup are okay, but please skip waterproof mascara on the day of your visit.

If you have had a lash lift within the past 10 days, let us know before booking, as this may affect how well your extensions last. These preparation steps help the adhesive bond properly for better retention.

Plan to come in while at least 50% of your extensions are still in place. Our usual guidelines are 10 to 14 days for classic, 12 to 16 days for double volume, and 15 to 20 days for 3D volume.

Your natural lash cycle, daily routine, and activity level can affect retention, so use how your lashes look as your guide. Choose the fill that matches your lash style and the time since your last appointment. If you are unsure, have less than 50% remaining, or had your lashes applied elsewhere, contact the studio before booking.

We use quality materials and take care to make your appointment comfortable and relaxing. Application should not be painful. If you have sensitive eyes or a known adhesive allergy, please let your artist know before your appointment. Individual reactions are possible, so tell us if you feel any discomfort. We will also explain how to care for your lashes after your appointment.

Appointments take place lying on your back. Full sets take about 90 minutes to two hours, depending on the style. If back pain or another condition makes this position difficult, contact us before booking so we can discuss your comfort.

Each extension or volume fan is attached to an individual natural lash. As your natural lashes shed, the attached extensions shed with them, and your set gradually becomes less full.

If your extensions are shedding evenly and feel comfortable, you can let them shed naturally. If you would like them removed sooner, book a professional removal. Do not pull or pick at them.

Extensions can be maintained with regular fills, provided your natural lashes remain healthy and you have no irritation. We can assess your lashes at each appointment and discuss whether to continue, adjust your set, or take a break.
